New players are required to bring some form of ID such as birth certificate, driver’s licence or passport, and a copy of same.
ALL FEES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.
FREE SOCKS UPON REGISTRATION WITH THE 6s, 7s AND 8s TEAMS.
NEW PLAYERS TO ROVERS
1. New players with FFA number - If you have played football in the last 3 years chances are you already have a FFA number. These players are required to fill out three (3) forms. Insurance, player's pledge and FFA registeration forms. Your FFA number must be added to top right hand corner of form. If you do not know number this can be found on registration days.
2. New players without FFA number - must attend registration day and fill in original FFA registration form. These players are also required to fill out three (3) forms. Insurance and player's pledge forms and the ORIGINAL FFA registration form. These players must have photo ID for identification, students of high school, TAFE or university, are required to bring their current student ID card. Your photograph will be taken on the day.
RETURNING ROVERITES
Returning players (played with Revesby Rovers in 2009 season) are required to fill out three (3) forms - insurance, player's pledge and FFA registration forms. All information provided last year will be on the compman system, therefore FFA numbers can be printed out on rego dates and only requires signing. If players' details have changed, then the entire form will been completing. Photos in some cases may have to be taken if information not database.
FORMS
All players will be issued with THREE forms insurance form, player's pledge and a FFA registration form (Football Federation Australia)that will need to be completed, signed at the time of registration.
INSURANCE
Please read the form thoroughly.
Loss of Income or Income Protection cover will only be considered if the player is registered as an adult, even if that player is studying as well as working. If you are dependant on an income, then you must register as an adult to be eligible for Income Protection cover.
Non-Medicare medical expenses - this insurance does not cover any out of pocket expenses for any medical bills that can be in part claimed through Medicare. That means no claimes for doctors fees will be considered.

PLAYER'S PLEDGE
This form is available at clubhouse at time of registration
FFA REGISTRATION
You can see what information is needed on this form by clicking on the highlighted words and reading the form. This form needs to be filled in at time of registration on the original FFA form at the clubhouse.
A Photo Permission form will also need to be completed for yourself and or your children.
This will give Revesby Rovers permission/or not, to photograph yourself and or your children for use in promotional material including on the website.
All Coaches, Managers and Committee are required to sign a "Working with Children" form. This is a requirement for all those in all clubs both paid employees and volunteers where there are children aged under 18 years of age involved in that club. 2010 Season - Registration Fees 1
Registration fees includes Insurance, BDAFA registration fees, Football NSW status fees and training night lighting fees.
A weekly match fee, to be collected by each team manager includes BDAFA team fees and Referee fees.
Please note that a player will be registered only once they have filled out the appropriate application forms, have photograph taken and have paid registration fees in total. In special circumstances people unable to pay full amount may be eligible to pay instalments only after speaking with Registrar or Vice president.Age Group, Fees, Notes
